Chief Executive Officer
Since joining Osprey as CEO in 2008, Chris has led the company’s transformation from a small startup to a world-class, professional services and software development firm delivering mission critical software solutions to some of the most recognized companies in the world. Chris’ intense focus on client satisfaction combined with his outstanding leadership skills have grown Osprey’s revenue 1,000% since he came on board.
Previous to Osprey, Chris served as CEO at IA Systems, as CTO at Excelergy Corporation, as Vice President of Technology at Fidelity Investments and Senior Engineer at Advancement Information. Each of the large-scale mission-critical systems Chris spearheaded are still in use today, helping thousands of users manage billions of dollars in assets.
Chris graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Computer Science. He has been a frequent speaker at forums on XML and open business transaction standards.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Software Architect, Bob is primarily responsible for setting and developing the technology strategy of Osprey’s enterprise solutions and framework. Bob is a longtime veteran of the software engineering industry with expertise in large-scale enterprise architectures, Microsoft .Net technology, and agile software development methods, and decades of experience. Bob leads his team in seamlessly integrating the latest technologies into Osprey’s world class solutions and services, and directly participates in the delivery of those solutions to Osprey’s clients.
Bob founded Osprey Software in 1998, and has developed and deployed high-end, mission-critical solutions for the financial services, utility, and defense industries.
Before founding Osprey, Bob was an independent consultant and employee at GTE Government Systems, GE Aerospace, The Boston Company and Fidelity Investments. Bob received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.
As chief innovator for Osprey Software Development, Steve aims to deliver compelling business solutions to every client, while managing broader product development initiatives across Osprey business lines.
By emphasizing inventive approaches to everyday client problems, Steve guarantees that Osprey consistently designs and builds customized software products which not only satisfy client needs, but exceed them. His core mission: to do what it takes to help turn client ambitions into possibilities.
With more than 20 years of executive experience, Steve has a strong track record when it comes to delivering positive business outcomes through creative technology applications. Before joining Osprey, Steve held leadership positions at Cloud Technology Partners, Atos and Siemens AG, where he was responsible for developing and operating technology products and services which transformed global business and IT processes for some of the world’s largest companies. Steve received his bachelor’s degree from Babson College in Massachusetts.
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales for Osprey Software Development, Chris oversees business development initiatives company-wide, driving goals related to sales, expansion and client satisfaction.
Dedicated to helping each client realize a greater level of success, Chris promises a tailored experience that ties technology to business processes, with great results. By working with each client to identify their particular set of needs, as well as existing challenges, Chris ensures that Osprey engineers can craft a customized software system – which not only tackles those challenges, but delivers heightened functionality and usability at the same time.
Prior to joining the Osprey team, Chris served as a Senior Sales Executive at RAID Incorporated, where he established dynamic sales strategies focused on collaborating with clients to architect high performance computing systems. Before that, he led sales operations at Cloud Technology Partners, where he successfully facilitated the creation of a full lifecycle sales process. He is a graduate of Bates College in Maine.
Director of Professional Services
Lindsey Cusson is the Director of Professional Services at Osprey Software, where her team of project managers focuses on superb delivery and client satisfaction. Lindsey believes in a professional services approach that requires substantial knowledge and understanding of the client’s vertical market, as well as a timely and efficient delivery management process.
Lindsey’s work has ranged from business analysis to program management on Osprey’s largest software development initiatives. She brings expertise in requirements gathering, and in leading efforts with colleagues and clients to ensure system designs meet business goals. Lindsey also has broad exposure to different development methodologies, which she uses to demonstrate working code frequently and iteratively on each project, solicit client feedback and confirm that deliverables are on track.
She is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
